Appointments
All services are by appointment only. To ensure availability, please book at least 24–48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time.
A $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This goes toward your service total and is non-refundable if the cancellation policy is not followed.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment.
All services, deposits, and gift cards are non-refundable.
However, unused services or packages may be credited toward a future appointment if canceled within the allowed time. No refunds for missed or partially used services. We do require 15business days to process the full refunds back to your method of payment.
If you’re experiencing cold/flu-like symptoms, please contact me to reschedule. Your wellness and safety are a priority.
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and select digital payments (Venmo, Zelle, etc.). Tips are appreciated but not required.
Gift cards are valid for 1 year from purchase. Prepaid packages must be used within the agreed time frame and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
